Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is not only good for health it has other benefits. When a glass of muddy water is stirred we are unable to see clearly. Only after the mud settles at the bottom, only then one is able to see clearly. Similarly in meditation one who can remain in stillness and silence is able to have clarity. When we have more peace in ourselves, we begin to see things more clearly. Without peace, clarity is not possible.Clarity removes wrong perceptions. When you have enough clarity, you see things as they really are. So one is needed to learn in meditation to seek peace, stillness and clarity.
